Useless, Formality Theory

In recent times there is enough hue and cry about the principles of Natural Justice. Their invented breach is usually alleged and resorted to in industrial adjudications more particularly from the side of workmen. It is difficult to express the meaning of the expression “Natural Justice” with sufficient precision. The concept of Natural Justice has different connotations in different contexts. Lord Everhsed has observed that “the principles of Natural Justice are easy to proclaim but their precise extent is far-less easy to define. They are a set of rules laid down by Courts for the minimum protections of the rights of an individual against any arbitrary procedure adopted or decision arrived at by judicial or quasi judicial bodies; Briefly it means the application of fair play, impartiality and natural sense of what is right and what is wrong in domestic enquiries.
