Constitution of India , Art.311— Termination of service - Observance of principles of natural justice - Person cannot be terminated without being heard and without giving show-cause, whatever may be mode of appointment - Therefore termination of services of petitioner without serving notice or without giving opportunity of being heard on ground that appointment was for 3 months on temporary basis - Not justified.
