Contra. - The Industrial Tribunal set up under S. 7, Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, has all the necessary attributes of a Court of justice. The fact that the Government has to make a declaration under S. 15(2) of the Act after the final decision of the tribunal is not in any way inconsistent with the view that the tribunal acts judicially.
