Medical Council Act (102 of 1956) , S.33— Indian Medical Council (Amendment) Ordinance (2016) , — Admission - Allotment of seats for MBBS Course - Criteria - Merit list - 15 seats for All India Quota (AIQ), out of 100 seats for MBBS Course in Agartala Government Medical College (AGMC) - Seats of AIQ to be filled from NEET Merit list and from candidates domiciled in State of Tripura - Seats reverted to State from AIQ - Reversion means bringing back AIQ seats to State as those could not be filled up and cannot be termed reduction of AIQ - Directions issued to fill up 12 reverted seats released from AIQ on merit list of TBJEE-2016 - Admission to be made on basis of counselling.
