(A) Jurisprudence - Juristic person - Concept of - Arose out of necessities in human development -@page-SC1422Recognition of an entity as juristic person - Is for subserving the needs and faith of society. The very words "Juristic Person" connote recognition of an entity to be in law a person which otherwise it is not. In other words, it is not an individual natural person but an artificially created person which is to be recognised to be in law as such. With the development of society, where an individual's interaction fell short, to upsurge social developments, co-operation of a larger circle of individuals was necessitated. Thus, institutions like corporations and companies were created, to help the society in achieving the desired result. The very consitution of State, municipal corporation, company etc. are all creations of the law and these "Juristic Persons" arose out of necessities in the human development. In other words, they were dressed in a cloak to be recognised in law to be a legal unit. For a bigger thrust of socio-political-scientific development evolution of a ficitional personality to be a juristic person became inevitable.
