Limitation Act (36 of 1963) , S.4, S.5— Limitation - Extension of period for filing suit - Is permissible under S. 4 only for period coming under court holiday - Last day of filing suit was non-working Saturday and not a holiday for registry - No question of any confusion, though such confusion also cannot save limitation to file a suit - Suit barred by limitation.
