Karnataka Societies Registration Act (17 of 1960) , S.27A(1)(c)— Appointment of Administrator - Challenge as to - Contention of petitioner that State Government passed order for appointment of Administrator without giving any notice and opportunity of being heard and no enquiry held before appointing administrator as per S.27-A (1) (a)- Material on record showing State Government passed order for appointing administrator under provision of S.27-A (1)(a) of Act and not u/S.27-A (1)(c) - Therefore, no enquiry required to be held - Hence, appointment of administrator found to be in accordance with law.
