Constitution of India , Art.16— Pay scale - Reduction of - Higher pay scale which was given to Head Operators was occasioned by creation of intermediate post of Senior Operators - Once intermediate post was abolished since it was found to be ultra vires by High Court- Pay scale of Head Operators was restored to exactly corresponding pay scale under revised scales of pay-Order proper.
